JDM Rental Japan – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern vehicle rentals from JDM Rental Japan (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By reserving or operating a vehicle you agree to these terms.

1) Eligibility & Required Documents

  • Driver must be 18+ with a valid Japanese-recognized license (IDP/translated).
  • A credit card in the renter’s name is required for deposit/security hold.

2) Reservation & Payment

  • Full/partial payment may be required at booking.
  • Extras (insurance, tolls, fuel) charged separately.

3) Vehicle Use

  • No track use, drifting, reckless or illegal driving.
  • No smoking inside vehicles.

4) Insurance & Liability

  • Basic insurance included; optional coverage available.
  • Renter liable for damages, fines, traffic violations not covered.

5) Fuel & Return

  • Vehicles provided full, must be returned full.
  • Late returns may incur fees.

6) Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations subject to fees.
  • No refunds for early returns.
